Do you ship Internationally?
I do ship to Canada! Yay! For now, Canada is the only International shipping option I am able to offer but I am looking into additional options.
But I live in the UK/Australia/The North Pole, can't you ship to me?
Seriously? Like I said above, at this time I can only ship Internationally to Canada, but I am looking into additional International shipping options. Stay tuned!
I have a PayPal account. Can you ship to a different address than the one listed there?
No. Due to PayPal’s rules, I can only ship to the address provided on your account when placing an order. Sorry for any inconvenience!
When I placed an order, I was only asked for my billing address. Can I ship to a different address?
Since we use PayPal as our payment gateway, we are required to ship all orders to customers’ billing addresses for security reasons. We’re sorry for any inconvenience!
How long will it take to receive my order?
If you ordered an item that I have in stock, it will take about 3-5 business days for your item to ship out. If you ordered a pre-order item, check the item’s page for pre-order window and estimated date of shipment.
Will I get a tracking number for my order once it has shipped?
¡Sí, señor(ita)! (Translation: Yes, sir/ma’am!)
Pre-Order Questions
What does pre-order mean?
A pre-order is an order placed for an item which has not yet been printed. By pre-ordering an item, you are reserving it so when it is printed, it has your name all over it! BOOM!
What is the timeline like for pre-order items?
The pre-order window tells you how long the item will be available for pre-order until it goes to production. Once an item reaches the pre-order minimum, or at the end of the pre-order window, it will go production. From that point, you can expect your item to ship within 4 weeks.
How will I know where in the pre-order process my item is?
You will receive email communication to alert you to the progress of your item each step of the way so you stay informed! You can also look for announcements on social media.
What happens if I place an order for a pre-order item and an item in stock?
We are now able to ship your items separately! Your in-stock item will ship within 3-5 business days of your order and your pre-order item will ship separately.
The item I ordered doesn't fit. Can I return or exchange it?
If you are not happy with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving the order.
How do I cancel my order?
EMAIL US within 12 hours of placing your order and we will cancel it. Make sure you include your order number and the names of items in the order when you contact us.
